Hi Bob, thank you and Justin for everything you guys were great to deal with also. If you ever need a phone referral send them my way. Do you know roughly when the title will hit. I am struggling with my insurance company they are contending they are not recognizing vin# on the BOS that I have. Thanks again for everything!! The title is on the way. I double checked the vin, and it's all good. I'm very happy that this vehicle went to a good home. It was important to me that it was not going to be messed with. My friend that used to own it would approve. Thanks, Bob & Justin

Hi Bob, Sorry to bother you, but I spoke with my sister this morning (cc in present email) who is delighted with the car (really loves it!), and got the registration paper and bill of sale, but couldn’t find the old documents and car manual (photos below). Did you put them in the car somewhere, or are they still with you? Thanks for letting us know ! Have a great Sunday, ThomasThomas, I am so happy that it all worked out for her. I have those documents, we failed to send them in the car. I can UPS them to Adam later today if that's what you want. No problem, and sorry we missed sending that stuff. Bob

Dave, We had just changed the oil before it shipped, my son said he used 10-40 conventional not synthetic, you should be good for a year or two. Maybe monitor the consumption, I never added any but never drove it a lot. It should run fine on 89 octane, it's not high compression engine. Yes the 12 volts is a nice add, no more slow starts, and your headlights work better. We probably never used the heater, and you did the right thing to plug it for now. The paint code is 427 Falcon grey, and some shops have the camera to get a good match, or take them the gas door to make a match. Thanks for the kind words, and I am happy that it ended up in your hands as a caretaker. If you want a great experience with a classic car dealer look no farther than ULTRAAUTOMOTIVE Bob and son Justin care about their cars and care about their customers. I saw a 1969 corvette on their website and called to make an appointment on a Saturday and said because I'm driving 460 miles from western NY I couldn't be there until the afternoon. Bob said no problem he would wait till i got there and the car was detailed as it had been in storage. After a test drive with Justin I put a deposit on it and drove back to NY. It took a week or so for me to wire the rest and it never was a problem. He even arranged a enclosed trailer to bring it to me. Hello All, I wanted to leave some comments on the ’66 Fairlane I just purchased through Bob and Justin at Ultra Automotive. Justin spent a LOT of time letting me look the car over when I came down to look at it (five-hour drive to see it). It was just as described in the ad for condition. He pointed out all the strong points and weak points of the car. It was great to see a car was just as described for once! Justin also took me for a ride and offered to let me drive it. Bob was friendly, straight forward and honest, with great communication during the whole purchase process. I financed part of the car through JJBest. Bob was very accommodating to them as well for the inspection. Bob also transported the car for me up to Michigan, delivered the car with all the paperwork ready for me to get the car in my name. Overall, this was a very good experience! Nice to see an honest and friendly collector car dealer/enthusiast that deals just as it used to be! I can recommend them if you are interested in one of their vehicles. Best regards, Rick Langley Rick, It was a pleasure working with you, Justin And I appreciate the kind words.

You & Justin have made this buying a car long distance as enjoyable as could have been expected. Even more so. I thank you for reconsidering that ugly day at the Credit Union when I thought all hope was lost in me making the purchase. I absolutely love the car. It’s a driver which is what I wanted. A few minor bugs and I’m rocking’ & rolling. God bless you and your families. I’ll keep you posted on the progress. Sincerely, Art Miller

Bob, A pleasure on my part as well. You and Jim are both real gentlemen—a rarity in this business these days, as you know. As to the car, I can not wait until I learn all there is to know about it. Happily, I did fit in the car once I brought it forward enough on the trailer to open the door fully. Perfect, except for my wide shoes. I will have to bring out some old slim shoes for this car! Tell Jim; I will not get rid of his father’s gas pedal. Thanks for all your efforts and integrity in doing this transaction. After we talked and I realized there was no special trick, the emergency brake released with enough effort. I do have a few questions for Jim though and I failed to save his contact info on my phone, so if you could give me his number again, it would be helpful. Thanks, RB

John will eventually be looking for a Foxbody Mustang 87 through 93, if you see anything clean with a 5-speed please keep us in mind. I'm so glad that Buddy was happy, we will cherish her always! We already have a custom car cover coming and yesterday John splurged for one of those canvas garages. Now I'm imagining you cruising in something seriously amazing! 1965 Fury III Convertible. Bought Testimonial body: Hi, my name is Chris in TX and I writing this to thank Bob and his son for offering up the great 1965 Fury III Convertible that now resides in my garage. I came across this car while searching on Hemmings for a mid 60's full size convertible. After narrowing down the search to a few cars I called and spoke with each seller in depth and it did not take long to decide after that to pick the car from Ultra. The pictures spoke a lot but it was Bob and his son who made the purchase happen. They are car people and after talking with them a few times you knew they offered a higher level of service then even new car dealers do. Being I am a little on in the years and far removed from the hotrodding days I wanted a dependable cruiser. Bob and his son made sure that is just what I got. They even went to GREAT lengths to research and do the needed modified repair and replace of the crappy factory gas gauge so it would function better then new. It involved hours of research by them as well as using modern parts integrated into the old system to ensure the "from the factory" problem inherit to these cars to no longer be a problem. That is well past going the extra mile. There was also a couple repairs that popped up that didn't show up until the car was inspected more deeply by them. The brakes seem "odd" as Bob put it so a new master cylinder was installed as well as a complete inspection of the brake system. Upon that inspection they round a weeping axle seal and replaced that. They adjusted the parking brake cable. Just things that I would have never found out about until much later were repaired. Basically they would ship the car until it was fixed right ! When the car arrived I proceeded to put in excess of 100 miles on it the first day. Was a 100 degree here in TX and car ran like a top and continues to do so some 500 more miles later as race to get that top down cruise time in before cold weather puts an end to it. In the month I have had the car nothing has needed to be done to it except minor upgrades on my end to make it "my car" and replacing a headlight that burned out. In the short if your looking for great dependable and honest people to buy your next classic from I would look no further then the great people at Ultra. In the near future I will be in the market for a 1970-72 GTO and for sure it will be working with them to make it a reality. Chris Richard, Springtown, TX Submit: Send Email

1964 FORD GALAXIE

I'm Fred in Texas. I purchased a 1964 Ford Galaxie 2 door sedan from Bob Elliott and his son July 2015. It's a Sonic Blue Pearl Metallic beauty. It's a 427 4 speed, 3.55 9 inch rear end. Bobs son did the make ready so I could drive it home from Milford Ohio to Ft Worth Texas, 1000 miles. They were concerned about me because I'm a '48 model , the car is over 50 years old and it was 100 degrees in Texas. I drove it home in two days, normal highway speed and have driven another 3000 miles since. I've now made improvements, 4 wheel disc brakes, HEI distributor and dyna mat insulation and other minor up grades. After working on it I find the old Ford is better than I expected plus it was built new in the Dallas Ford Factory in 1964. Thank you to Bob and son.
