SUBJECT 1965 OLDS STARFIRE
Dear Bob,
Took delivery on the Olds today. All looks well. Keith handled it very gently.
I want to thank you for all your consideration and patience in this process. There aren't many dealers like you out there and it has truly been a pleasure.
Hope to do something with you again in the future. I'll drop you a line once in a while on the adventures with the Olds.
Sincerely,

SUBJECT 1963 FORD FALCON
Just wanted to drop a note and let you know that our trip home w/the little
Falcon was incident free and so fun!!
My calendar at the office is pretty jammed this week, so I have not been
able to get to the courthouse to transfer title, but plan to do so on
Friday. I've left the Ohio plates on for now; the car is sitting in the
garage w/no plans to drive it before the weekend (lousy weather here), so
I'll have the plates changed before then and will return yours to you.

SUBJECT 1965 BUICK ELECTRA CP
Bob,
Just wanted to drop a line that the 750 mile drive home in the 65 Electra
was trouble free! I arrived back in Connecticut with no problems, and
the gas mileage was a respectable 18 mpg. I am very pleased with the
purchase, and the long trip back proves that the car is mechanically
sound.
Take care and Happy Motoring

SUBJECT 1972 CADILLAC DEVILLE
Hello Bob,
we just want to inform you that on Friday we received the caddy you sold some days ago.... yes, it's a long way from Milford to Dormagen / Germany.
Thanks for your kind and excellent support during our conversations.
It was a big help for us since we bought the first time a car this way. But now that the caddy stands in our garage nearly everything seems to be ok.
The car is nearly in the condition you described and showed us on the pics and we are absolutly happy with "him" - we just found a nickname for it.
We decided to call him our "Bobbycar".
It was a pleasure to drive the first 200 miles from Bremen to our hometown and it seems that it is the beginning of a wonderful time with washing the car, polishing the chrome, ..., .... and at least cruis? through Germany.
Thanks too for the achieva radio.
Bye for now & maybe for some new business in the future. What do you think - for which price is it possible to get an Eldorado Convertible 1971 / 1972, in such condition ??

The car is great and I love it! You were right in describing it and I have to agree - it's a beautiful thing!
Thanks for the kick panels and the old bill of sale. Do you know any other history of the car?

approach to the entire selling process!

1988 GMC JIMMY Hey Bob, I love the Jimmy it's doing great and I've got a lot of good comments on it. I was wondering if you might be able to help me out one more time. On the dash is a mounted wired black device that looks like it held a GPS unit or something along the line of that was in there. I would like to buy and replace what ever unit was in there I just don't know what was originally in there. If you know I would really appreciate if you could let me know the name and model of what it was. If it was ripped out before you got it, if so do you possibly have the contact information from that owner still if you do I would greatly appreciate you sending it and thanks for helping me out with the shipping that guy keith was very professional and did a great job! Thanks again and take care! Vance M. Miller II

SUBJECT AUTO TRANSPORT
Bob,
Thanks for hauling my '30 Model A from Tulsa, OK to Mobile, AL. Your
price on an enclosed trailer matched or beat open trailer quotes that I
was getting and you were able to do it much quicker. I'm always a
little uneasy when I use someone new, but it was obvious to me when we
talked that you love old cars. As importantly, it was obvious that you
knew what you were doing when you pulled up to my door exactly when you
said you would with my car, well secured inside your trailer. By the
way, the guy I bought the A from in Tulsa called me and was very
complimentary of your communication skills (keeping him well informed of
your ETA) and the care you took in loading the car. Hope you had a good
trip back to Ohio from Crestview, FL. Feel free to use me as a
reference. Douglas Fink,

SUBJECT 1933 DODGE BROTHERS
JIM, I JUST GOT BACK IN THE OFFICE THE DEPOSIT AND COPIES OF THE CHECKS ARE HERE.
THE RUNNING BOARDS ARE FINISHED LIKE THE FENDERS. I DON'T STEP ON THEM, I DON'T WANT TO MARK UP THE FINISH. ALSO, THEY ARE ONE PIECE. IT MAY BE NICE TO CHANGE THEM TO RUBBER COVER , AND SPLIT THEM NEAR THE BASE OF THE FENDER.
MUCH TIME WAS SPENT MAKING THEM BEAUTIFUL, I DID NOT WANT TO COVER THEM.
CALL ME AS NEEDED, AND CONFIRM SUNDAY EVE ARRIVAL.
I WILL HAVE MY TITLE NOTORIZED, AND READY TO GO. I ASSUME YOU DON'T NEED A BILL OF SALE, BUT IF YOU DO, I CAN MAKE ONE.
OUR TITLES ARE VERY ACCURATE, IT WILL HAVE PRICE, MILES, DATE, YOUR NAME, ADDRESS AND MY INFO ON THE BACK. NORMALLY THAT'S ALL ANY STATE WILL WANT. THANKS, BOB

Hoping that this will get it out of English customs and onto the final ferry
tonight, just leaves me with the local Jersey customs and then, joy of
joys, Jersey's "Driver and Vehicle Standards" department. These guys may
(but may not) insist on amber indicators and left-dip headlights, obviously
I'm not expecting them to fail it on structural strength or mechanical function.

Bob,
I have heard many horror stories about major, out-of-state purchases
between strangers that did not go so well for various reasons. Ours was
not the case. Your details, about the car on e-Bay, were exact with no
surprises. In fact, the car was everything you described and more.
Thanks for making this such a great transaction. It was nice meeting
you and I look forward to doing business with you in the future.
